NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ADOPT RESOLUTION #19/20-03 APPROVING A FINANCE AGREEMENT, AND RELATED
LOAN DOCUMENTS, WITH THE CALIFORNIA ENERGY COMMISSION TO FUND ENERGY RELATED IMPROVEMENTS AT DISTRICT FACILITIES
The Ambrose Recreation and Park District Board of Directors will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting of January 9, 2020 for the purpose of taking public comment and considering a resolution to approve a Finance Agreement, and related necessary loan documents, with the California Energy Commission to fund the implementation of certain energy conservation improvements to District facilities in accordance with California Government Code Section 4217.10 to 4217.18.
The public hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the meeting room of the District Board of Directors, located at 3105 Willow Pass Road, Bay Point, California. The Finance Agreement may be reviewed at the District’s main office at the same address. Members of the public intending to provide comments to the Board must fill out a speaker card and present it to the Board’s secretary before the commencement of the public hearing.
This public notice is given pursuant to Government Code Section 4217.12 by posting it at the District’s main office and on the District website at least two weeks in advance of the date of the public hearing.
